In my P.E. class, I had the opportunity to work with a group to create a yoga progression and then teach the rest of the class. It was a very different experience walking my peers through the different yoga positions rather than completing the positions myself. To make it even more difficult, this was done over a zoom call where seeing what everyone is doing is a challenge. This causes some problems when it comes to safety precautions as I cannot see if people are doing the positions correctly and safely. Overall, it was a fun activity and I was able to put what I have learned about yoga into practice.
