For my free inquiry project, I am going to try yoga and meditation activities. As a full-time student who also works approximately 30 hours a week, life can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming. In the past, “relaxation time” usually consisted of me spending hours on my phone scrolling through social media. Through this, I hope to take on a healthier form of de-stressing.

I plan on incorporating yoga and meditation into my busy lifestyle about 2-3 times a week for approximately 30 minutes per session. As I am a beginner I will be following various youtube video tutorials. I hope to document each session, including the video I followed, how I felt before, and after.
