Although it was a cold October day I wanted to get some fresh air and enjoy the sunny weather before the rain comes. I took my yoga mat and laptop outside and although I was freezing I went through with completing my yoga session outside. The video I followed today was a full body flow, intended to “give every area of the body some love while cultivating heat to build total-body strength and increase mobility”.
During this session, I tried to focus on maintaining my balance and regulating my breathing. Other than being very cold, I had a fun time living in the moment and trying to absorb the sunshine.
